I had knee surgery at the independent hospital and stayed in for a couple of nights. The ward staff were terrible it appeared to be run by rude uncaring health care assistants who could not be bothered. Post operative I felt awful and asked for a cup of tea it was never brought and I did not even get breakfast I complained and it took the hospital two months to even apologise. Disgraceful care in a private expensive hospital. But the doctors were great
